Contributions are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals or federal government contractors are prohibited.
An individual or non-multicandidate PAC may contribute up to $6,600 ($3,300 for the primary election; $3,300 for the general election). A federal multicandidate PAC may contribute up to $10,000 ($5,000 per election).
